The Extreme Universe Laboratory is pleased to announce the second annual MOSCOW GRB CONFERENCE: "Gamma Ray Bursts, New Missions to New Science"7th-11th october 2013, Moscow, Russia The workshop covers all aspects of gamma-ray burst and related science. Reports of work on GRBs at high red shift and using GRBs as probes of the high red shift universe are especially encouraged. The purpose of the meeting is to further international communication of work on GRBs as well as to encourage collaboration with Extreme Universe Laboratory scientists and students. July 22, 2012

The first workshop on "Gamma-Ray Bursts: Probing the Science, Progenitors and their Environment", organized by the Extreme Universe Laboratory is held in D.V. Skobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University from June 13th till June 22nd. Leading scientists in the field of GRB studeis from Russia, France, Germany, Japan and USA will take part in the workshop. Sessions will take place in the Hall 3-13 of the South wing of the Physics Department. The public lecture by Professor G.F. Smoot, Nobel Laureate in Physics 2006 "Gamma-ray bursts sience, problems and prospects" will be organized on June 14, 18:00 in the S.N. Vernov hall of the Physics Department.
